Contributing to Local Communities

Nippon Steel SG Wire Local Community Contribution Award (Suzuki Garphyttan Award)

What is the Nippon Steel Local Community Contribution Award (Suzuki Garphyttan Award) ?

As a part of our company's 70th anniversary, we established this award to spur local community activities, with a focus on volunteer organizations and individuals who are based in Narashino City.

Each year, worthy individuals and organizations apply through the Narashino City Social Welfare Council and Narashino City Public Relations Magazine, and in May, we recognize the one that best epitomizes the spirit of community contribution.
