The purpose of plating thin wire is to improve corrosion resistance and appearance, or to provide better conductivity and solderability. SP wire/SP-Zn wire (Electrode wire for precision microelectric discharge processing)
We developed the SP wire series based on manufacturing technology we have cultivated over many years as a comprehensive manufacturer of steel wire. It is a high-performance electrode wire for ultra-precision processing that excels in strength and straightness, replacing brass, tungsten and molybdenum wires. In 1999, this product earned us the Mitsui Precision Technology Award from the Japan Institute of Plastic Processing.
